5 Books to Raise your Vibe

I don’t know about you….but 5 years ago when I started this coaching business and I was presented with the idea of personal development I hard eye rolled.

Because to me, personal development meant “self help” in the means of overly cheesy books that were telling you that you were doing a great job. When in reality, it is so much more than that.


In the last year, I’ve really been able to accept the extensive loss and start a healing journey that in turn raised my vibration & helped me to dive deeper into my self-love and personal growth journey.


Sometimes in life, we are met with so much negativity, pain or resistance that we start to think we aren’t capable. When in reality, we are actually being prepared to level up and move forward on our destined path.


Here are my top 5 authors and books that I’ve read in the last year that were catalysts for being rising to the occasion and stepping into my power.

Super Attractor by Gabrielle Bernstein: This book takes you on an incredible journey to remember where your true power lies. In this book, it helps you to learn how to create the life you want, learn about manifestation and how to
stay in the right vibe to acquire everything you want. Most importantly, this book will raise your vibe and help you to feel good. Because when we feel good, we feel more aligned to go after our deepest desires.

The Modern Enneagram by Kacie Berghoef & Melanie Bell is a modern take on the enneagram. It’s a fresh perspective that is easily adaptable to your everyday life and those you encounter. There are detailed sections about each personality type to give an overall holistic approach to this model and use it to help raise your vibration through self-discovery. Also, it will teach you how to use the Enneagram to discover your authentic self and better manage your emotions, develop your career, and understand the people around you.

Emotional Detox For Anxiety by Sherinana Boyle is a book that provides 7 steps to release anxiety and energize joy through their 7 step process CLEANSE process: Clear, Look Inward, Emit, Activate Joy, Nourish, Surrender, and Ease. Sometimes our anxiety can be seen as an obstacle to pursue our own purpose driven life. An anxiety detox is a way to purge the harmful and negative thought processes to free you from the burden that anxiety can leave you with. This book is a great resource to be more joyful, to raise your vibration to a more carefree state.

Chasing Brightside by Jess Ekstrom, founder of Headbands For Hope, is an inspirational story fueled by optimism on how to overcome the challenges we face in life and the mindset necessary to become all that we desire. Personally, I loved her personal take on how she came upon building her business, the setbacks and failures she endured and the incredible impact she had. This book is great for raising your vibration & always focusing on hope and optimism.

Rise Sister Rise is from one of my favorite authors Rebecca Campbell (author of Light Is The New Black). This is the current book I am reading and I am obsessed. It’s all about helping women rise, speak our truth and lead from the front. It’s a beautiful reminder that we don’t have to keep ourselves small just to fit in or be accepted. Once you understand the true meaning of sisterhood and step into your power your vibe will raise and you can use your innate power and wisdom to crush all of your goals.
