- 36 Unique Workouts- Each day has a different 20 minute workout, you don’t repeat any workouts which helps to keep your muscles engaged and will empower you to take your results to the next the next level.
- 6 Bonus Weighted Workouts- These are full-body workouts that utilize dumbbells to kick it up a notch. We all know I love me some weights so I am pumped to add these into my routine along with you!
- 6 Bonus Routines- These can be done in addition to your regular workouts on your days off
- Transformers-Also, each workout features three 1-minute physical challenges that you repeat weekly. With your program comes tracking sheets so that you can track your reps each week and increase each transformer. Each week, the goal is to beat your number from the week prior.
