Apple Pie Superfoods

Ingredients:

1 cup of water or unsweetened almond milk

1 cup of ice

1 scoop of Vanilla Shakeology

1/4 C of and 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

1/2  tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Place water, ice, Shakeology, applesauce, cinnamon, and cloves in blender, cover. Blend until smooth.
