Have you seen the ads for The BootySprout? Have you ever considered ordering it?

I know I have. For the last 6 years I’ve been working out at home but intermittently would go to the gym for leg days to utilize equipment for squats and hip thrusts. With the recent quarantine and being a healthcare worker on top of being a health and fitness coach going back to the gym isn’t an option right now.

So, I ordered it! (And no this is NOT sponsored). It’s an innovative way to work your legs, thighs, glutes, quads and hamstrings! It’s super to easy to set up, no tools were requires and can be stored anywhere so you don’t need a lot of space.

It folds up and comes with 3 45 pound resistant bands (I also ordered a 70 pound resistance band) to have options for training. Also, it shipped to my house in 2 days and came in a nice box with a handle so it was easy to bring into my garage gym.

Price point: $164 dollars (I personally look around online and did find a $20 discount code)

Here is a quick review and unboxing I did. Personally, I will be adding this into my leg day workouts and do an updated review to see what I think and if I think it’s worth the investment!

Let me know if you have one or have questions about it!
