Episode 27: It’s Time To Ask For Help

When I met with my neurology team for my TBI diagnosis, on top of the physical therapy, manual therapy and cognitive therapy they recommended mental health therapy. After 8 months, we finally found a provider. Over the last few months, I’ve been doing the best I can to navigate this unfamiliar territory but I knew it was time to ask for help. Today, we talk about signs when it’s time to see help and why it’s so beneficial in so many aspects of life.
