Mindset Matters

Good morning!

It has been some time since I have been able to not only draft a new blog post but to actually press send. I have multiple ones pending but just have not been able to press publish. In my journey, my goal is to remain authentic, to share with the intent to help you empower yourself to live a more purpose driven life.

It took me a long time to understand the importance of MINDSET. For me, no one ever told me you could do whatever you wanted to do as long as you worked hard and had the right mindset. Instead, it was engrained in my head to keep pushing, work harder, but be realistic in your goals.

That’s lame, let’s be honest. Nothing good comes out of living in your comfort zone SO in order to change my life I had to change my mindset. You’re probably like, okay Gina that sounds great, but how the hell do you change the thought processes in your head after so many years? INTENTIONALITY. Being intentional with what you do, say and listen to.

Over the last three years, I have read and listened to a lot of books, ones that emphasized the areas in my life where I was lacking. By focusing on what I needed to change, I not only improved that particular trait but eventually ended up growing in ways that were super unexpected!  Eventually, it’s time to take it to the next level. You’ve got the right mindset, you’re improving your time management, taking action in your life but you’re still not there yet. How? Do I want a mediocre life or am I ready to conquer the extraordinary one I know I deserve. This book is intense, there’s no hand holding BUT if you listen and IMPLEMENT you will succeed.
