Fitness for me, has been a full circle experience. Growing up, I was very much a tomboy, I was always very active and resonated more with sports then I did feminine things. During high school and college, I always played sports and worked out. But, as an adult, I suddenly became very aware of my body and the perception society had placed upon women about what was deemed “worthy and beautiful.”

After years of overdoing cardio, fearing lifting weights and eating in a caloric deficit to maintain a weight my body was not meant to be at I learned to EMBRACE all that I am as I strived for what my ideal physique represented. That physique was about STRENGTH mental and physical, it was about CONSISTENCY showing up to the best of my ability and DISCIPLINE to continually grow in my journey.

Now, it’s my job to help busy women find what fitness means to them. It’s my PASSION to help busy women find a program that ALIGNS with their goals, needs and desires WITHOUT adding stress to their already over-scheduled lives. Fitness isn’t about what’s represented on the scale as much as it is about a soul deep connection that manifests into how you see yourself.

IGNITE is my online virtual wellness boot-camp that not only covers fitness and nutrition but also address the #1 thing people struggle with to get results -> MINDSET. Yes, anyone can eat clean and follow along a workout program to get results. But, time and time again if you’re like me, you probably have found yourself trying every diet, new supplement company & new trend to get results in an unrealistic time frame for seasons of life.

Thankfully, that’s a thing of the past. You don’t need a bunch of supplements, access to every program and trainer under the sun while depriving yourself to get EPIC results. Instead, we will address the mind, body and soul connection that truly transforming your life requires while decreasing your stress levels and improving your overall mental health.

Where do I even begin? These picture (left) is from August 26th, 2019. I took this in hopes to start a “health journey”. Let’s just say I worked out for 3 days and completely stopped. I had absolutely no confidence to go into the gym and I had absolutely no idea where to start when it came to home workouts. About a month and a half after these photos I got diagnosed with a GI condition called IBS. My health was completely going down hill. I missed about 3 weeks of work, in and out of the ER and more doctor appointments than I ever had in my life. I was 202lbs and I was hating every ounce of myself, it was that moment I knew I had to change something about myself.  In early November I reached out to a girl I’ve been following on Facebook for quite a while. That girl was Gina (soon to be known as my saving grace), she quickly got back to me and before even trying to sell me anything she got to know me. She asked about my life, what I like to do, my goals and that was a big reason why I felt so interested in her group.  The first month I joined her group was a little rough. It took me about 2 whole months to really find my routine. I knew I had to keep pushing for my health and my happiness. 8 months later I have lost 40 lbs and my confidence has sky rocketed! Everyday I am thankful I reached out to Gina. I couldn’t ask for a better coach and friend!

Hey there My name is Emily. I’m an occupational therapist by day and a Fiancé, dog mom of two, foster dog mom, and soon to be aunt any other time!  Of course fitness and physical activity is also a big part of my life as well! As a former athlete, I have always enjoyed being active but at sometime, early in my career as an OT while figuring it all out, I lost sight of the active me for a while. When I joined Gina, as a challenger, I was lost on how to achieve fitness goals. I would go to the gym somewhat consistently and I lifted weight and did cardio but I really wasn’t getting results and I hated that I didn’t always have a plan of what I should be doing when I got there. The programs have not only helped me know what to do when but have also saved time And reduced stress from scheduling a exercise routine. Then after a knee injury while playing soccer, I saw what this community really could do. I was depressed and really discouraged on how keep going when simple exercises were hard but my challenge group and community rallied around me every time and encourage me to keep going. I owe a lot of the strength and ability I have in my knee to the women  in this community. When I didn’t think I could do something, they told me to try and assured me I could do it. Now as I coach, I hope to help others in this way. To help them achieve things they did not think possible while also helping my family. My goal is to be able to take a step back to Part time in my career and have more flexibility and freedom in life. I see the potential to do that with this opportunity.

Hello! My name is Brittany. I’m 29 years old and live in PA with my husband and 3 kiddos! I started this whole journey post baby #3 and I’m SO thankful that this came into my life. Not only did I finally get myself into the best shape of my life, but I gained an amazing community of girls always there to support each other! I don’t think I ever would have got to the point I’m at right now without this amazing group of women!
