Episode 017: Fitness…Dedication or Obsession?

In this week’s episode, we break down the difference between being dedicated to your goals vs being obsessed with your goals. In my early 20s, I didn’t know the difference. The things I did, products I took, all to obtain a physique that was not natural is the foundation for which I have built my coaching business. There’s serious danger associated with overtraining including both mental and physical health implications which we break down today.
